AI Disclosure and Wellness Disclaimer

1. AI Use in Dilutio

Dilutio uses AI to help generate educational blend ideas, fragrance descriptions, oil-pairing suggestions, and general usage reminders. AI output is generated by third-party AI models and may be filtered by Dilutio safety systems before display.

2. AI Labels

AI-generated output is labeled in the app. Users are informed when they interact with AI features and before AI features process blend context or scent preferences.

3. Consent and Data

AI features require consent for third-party AI processing. When enabled, Dilutio may send prompts, blend context, scent preferences, and related app context to OpenAI to generate a response. We do not intentionally send your name or email address for AI generation. You can withdraw AI processing consent in the app.

4. Not Medical or Professional Advice

• AI output is educational and informational only.
• AI output is not medical, clinical, veterinary, cosmetic regulatory, legal, or professional advice.
• AI output does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or condition.
• AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

5. Essential Oil Safety

Essential oils and fragrance materials can cause irritation, allergies, phototoxicity, poisoning, or other harm if misused. Always review dilution, application method, allergies, pregnancy/nursing concerns, child and pet precautions, medication concerns, and skin sensitivity independently before using any blend.

6. Reporting AI Output

If an AI output appears offensive, unsafe, misleading, or otherwise problematic, use the in-app report option or email hello@tuusix.com.
