Community Guidelines

1. Community Purpose

Dilutio community features are for sharing fragrance ideas, educational blend notes, routines, oil tips, and respectful discussion. Community features are available only when moderation, reporting, and blocking tools are enabled.

2. Not Allowed

• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, or content targeting minors.
• Medical claims, disease treatment claims, unsafe internal-use instructions, or emergency advice.
• Illegal content, counterfeit goods, controlled substances, or instructions that facilitate harm.
• Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or trade-secret infringement.
• Spam, scams, fake engagement, impersonation, or deceptive commercial content.
• Sharing private information about another person without permission.
• Content that encourages unsafe use of essential oils around children, pets, pregnancy, allergies, or sensitive skin.

3. Sharing Responsibly

Label personal experiences as personal experiences. Do not present blend notes or routines as guaranteed results. Include safety context where relevant and avoid claims that a blend will fix, treat, or prevent a health condition.

4. Reporting and Blocking

Use in-app report and block tools for objectionable content, users, direct messages, and comments. Reports are reviewed and may lead to removal, warning, feature limits, suspension, or other action.

5. Moderation Appeals

If your content or account was restricted, contact hello@tuusix.com with the content identifier, account email, and reason you believe the decision should be reviewed.
