Open dilutio and tap "Sign Up". You can register with email and password, sign in with Google, or use a passwordless magic link sent to your email.

On the Login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account and type "DELETE" to confirm. Account deletion is intended to be permanent and cannot be undone after completion. Important: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel it separately through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). If you cannot access the app, use the Account Deletion page on this website.

Go to Settings > Edit Profile. You can update your display name and upload a new profile photo. Changes sync across all your devices immediately.

Open Settings > Privacy Center to manage your data processing consents. You can toggle AI data processing on or off, manage ad personalization, and review your consent history. Revoking AI consent disables AI features but preserves the rest of the app.

A free account lets you browse the full oil library, build your Oil Cabinet, save and edit your blends, and share to the community — plus a set number of AI creations each day across Quick Blend and Smart Lab. When you're ready for unlimited AI, custom routines, Pro exports, or the Perfumer's Studio, you can start a 7-day free trial or upgrade anytime.

Go to Settings > Subscription > Upgrade. Choose your plan (Enthusiast at $9.99/mo or Professional at $24.99/mo) and billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Payment is processed through the App Store or Google Play.

You can switch billing cycles through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) subscription settings. Yearly billing saves approximately $40/year on Enthusiast and $100/year on Professional.

Open Settings > Subscription > Manage / Cancel Subscription in Dilutio to jump to Apple or Google subscription management. You can also cancel directly through the App Store (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions) or Google Play (Google Play app > Payments & subscriptions). Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.

Your data stays intact, and instead of losing access you simply drop to the free plan. On the free plan you keep browsing the library, saving and editing your blends, sharing to the community, and a set number of AI creations each day across Quick Blend and Smart Lab. Unlimited AI, custom routine creation, Pro PDF export, and the Perfumer's Studio require an active Enthusiast or Professional plan, so those pause until you resubscribe. All of your saved blends remain viewable. You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access.

Quick Blend guides you through 5 steps: choose your domain (Home, Body, Mind, or Beauty), set a general wellness or fragrance goal, select a delivery method (diffuser, roller, spray), pick your preferred aromas, and let the AI generate an educational blend idea with dilution and caution reminders.

Smart Lab lets you build blends hands-on from oils in your cabinet. Add drops one at a time, select a carrier oil, choose a demographic profile (adult, child, pregnant, etc.) and application area. You'll see real-time dilution percentages and caution notes as you build.

The oil library contains 225+ essential oils and natural materials. Search by name, browse by aroma family (citrus, floral, woody, herbal, etc.), or filter by category. Each oil profile includes scent notes, extraction methods, countries of origin, safety data, and blending suggestions.

The Oil Cabinet tracks your personal inventory. Mark oils with statuses: Have, Low, Finished, or Wishlist. Your cabinet integrates with Smart Lab so you can blend from what you actually own. It also helps you track what needs restocking.

Oils are organized into three tiers. Tier 1 (safe): gentle oils suitable for all users. Tier 2 (standard): common essential oils with standard precautions. Tier 3 (expert): absolutes, CO₂ extracts, and high-potency materials — only available with Expert Mode enabled, which requires acknowledging safety guidelines.

Lutio generates educational blend ideas from your goals and preferences, analyzes existing formulas for balance and harmony, surfaces dilution and caution reminders, suggests complementary oils, and provides general storage and usage notes.

Free accounts include a set number of AI creations each day, shared across Quick Blend and Smart Lab. The 7-day free trial and the Enthusiast and Professional plans include unlimited AI for personal, non-abusive use. Professional subscribers also receive priority AI processing for faster responses.

Open Settings > Privacy Center and toggle off "AI Data Processing". This immediately disables all AI-powered features (blend generation, smart review, Smart Lab analysis). Your saved blends and other data are not affected. You can re-enable AI at any time.

Lutio is an AI assistant, not a certified aromatherapist or medical professional. Its outputs should be verified independently before use, especially for children, pets, pregnancy, allergies, medication concerns, or sensitive skin. Dilutio does not allow medical claims or internal-use recommendations.

From any saved blend, tap Share to post it to the community feed. You can also share custom routines and oil tips (experiences, usage tips, pairings, safety notes, and DIY recipes). Other users can like, save, comment on, and remix your shared content.

When you find a blend you like, tap Remix to create your own variant. You can adjust oils, quantities, and carrier choices while the original creator is credited. Remixes are saved to your personal library.

Tap the report icon on any blend, comment, post, profile, or message. Reports are reviewed by our team. Content that violates community guidelines (medical claims, unsafe recommendations, harassment) is removed and repeat violators may have their accounts suspended.

Direct messaging is available to all Dilutio users. Messages support text, reactions, and reply threads. You can block or report any user from the conversation menu.

First, make sure you're running the latest version of dilutio from the App Store or Google Play. If the issue persists, try clearing the app cache (Settings > Clear Cache) or force-closing and reopening the app. If crashes continue, contact us with your device model and OS version.

AI features require an active internet connection. If you're connected but Lutio still isn't responding, check that your GDPR consent for AI data processing is enabled (Settings > Privacy Center). If the issue persists, the AI service may be temporarily under maintenance.

Make sure you're signed in to the same account on both devices and have a stable internet connection. Blend sync happens automatically when you save — if blends are missing, try pulling down to refresh on the Quick Blend screen.

Offline: view saved blends, browse your oil cabinet, play downloaded routines. Online required: AI blend generation, smart review, community feed, direct messages, detailed oil library data, and account sync.

The community feed, user profiles, and messaging all require an internet connection. If you're connected but content isn't loading, try force-closing the app and reopening it. Check that you haven't been rate-limited by refreshing too frequently.
